How to Unblock

Changed your mind and want to unblock someone? No worries!

To unblock a member, please complete the following steps:

Desktop:

1. Click on your profile icon located at the top of your screen.
2. Click Settings 
3. Click on Privacy in the left-hand side bar
4. Scroll down to view your Blocked and Unmatched profiles.
5. Locate the profile you want to remove from the list and click Unblock

App:

1. Tap on the profile icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
2. Tap on Settings
3. Tap on Privacy 
4. Tap on your Blocked and Unmatched profiles list
5. Locate the profile you want to remove from the list and tap on it (This will take you to their profile)
6. Tap on the three dots on the right of their name
7. Tap on Unblock
