Restoring Transactions (if you paid but don't see features) – OkCupid

Sometimes when purchasing via the app, iTunes won't send over that upgrade info to us right away, so we don't know to add those features to your account.

For iTunes/ Apple users:

1. Open up the OkCupid app
2. Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right of your screen
3. Tap on Settings
4. Tap on "Purchases" or "subscriptions"
5. Choose the transaction you'd like to restore
6. Tap to restore

For Google Play, PayPal, or credit card:

Please contact us with your transaction ID that can be found on your receipt, so that we can manually add that time to your account.
